#5 white self-seal bubble mailers combine a clean kraft paper exterior with a 3/16" high-slip bubble interior lining that cushions contents during transit and reduces friction for faster product insertion at the pack station. The peel-and-stick self-seal lip creates a tamper-evident bond without tape or additional equipment.
These mailers are well-suited for e-commerce fulfillment, retail distribution, catalog operations, and direct-to-consumer shipping — particularly for flat and semi-rigid products such as clothing, documents, photos, small electronics accessories, and lightweight media. The white exterior supports both branded and unbranded presentation.
