Description

These 6-inch metal detectable cable ties combine standard nylon construction with embedded metal particles distributed throughout the body, making each tie identifiable by magnetic and metal detection scanners. At 0.14 inches wide and rated to 30 lb tensile strength, they handle general bundling and fastening tasks while meeting contamination-control requirements that standard nylon ties cannot satisfy.

Food processing facilities, pharmaceutical production lines, and other regulated manufacturing environments rely on metal detectable ties as a frontline contamination safeguard. If a tie breaks and enters a product stream, downstream detection equipment can flag and isolate the affected product — a critical capability for HACCP compliance and food safety protocols. The weather-resistant nylon also supports outdoor equipment bundling and cable management applications.

Each tie measures 6 inches in length and 0.14 inches in width with a 30 lb tensile strength rating. Cases contain 100 ties and ship via parcel carrier.
