6 x 6" Air Foam Sheets

These 6x6 inch pre-cut low-density polyethylene foam sheets deliver lightweight, non-abrasive cushioning for direct contact with finished, polished, or delicate surfaces. At 1/8 inch thick, each sheet absorbs impact and resists humidity without adding meaningful weight to packaged goods.

The pre-cut format suits a variety of protective applications: wrapping individual items, interleaving stacked products, lining carton floors, and creating separation between multiple items in a single shipment. Electronics, glassware, ceramic components, optical parts, and metal hardware with finished surfaces are common candidates for this type of foam protection in warehouse, fulfillment, and manufacturing environments.

Each case contains 3,200 uniformly sized sheets, eliminating the roll-cutting step at the pack station and supporting predictable inventory planning on high-volume lines. The case weighs approximately 12 lbs and ships via parcel carrier.
