These 12 x 12 inch polyethylene air foam sheets deliver lightweight cushioning and surface protection in a pre-cut, ready-to-use format. At 1/8 inch thick, the non-abrasive surface will not scratch, scuff, or mark items during transit or storage, making each sheet equally effective as a wrap for individual products or as an interleaving layer between stacked goods.
The pre-cut format suits high-volume pack stations in e-commerce fulfillment, electronics distribution, glassware and ceramics shipping, and retail product staging. Consistent sheet size eliminates on-the-fly cutting, helping packers maintain throughput without interruption. The polyethylene material also resists humidity and minor condensation, providing a secondary barrier for moisture-sensitive goods.
Each sheet is constructed from polyethylene air foam and measures 12 x 12 inches with a uniform 1/8 inch thickness throughout the case. Cases contain 800 sheets and weigh approximately 11.64 lbs, and orders ship via parcel carrier.
