18 x 18" Air Foam Sheets

These 18 x 18 inch polyethylene air foam sheets deliver lightweight, flexible cushioning at a consistent 1/8 inch thickness. The non-abrasive foam surface protects finished goods — including glass, ceramics, electronics, and polished or coated items — against scuffs, scratches, and minor impact during transit or storage.

Polyethylene foam's inherent moisture resistance makes these sheets well suited to warehouses, fulfillment centers, and manufacturing environments where humidity or condensation is a factor. Use them to wrap individual items before boxing, interleave between stacked products to prevent surface contact, or build cushioning layers inside corrugated shippers.

Each case contains 300 pre-cut sheets at approximately 9.8 lbs total, providing a ready-to-deploy supply that reduces prep time at the packing station. The consistent pre-cut size eliminates on-the-fly trimming for standard wrap applications. Cases ship via parcel carrier.
