Each tag automatically produces a duplicate record on separation — the detachable stub stays with the product or location while the base copy is retained for internal recordkeeping, eliminating the need for manual transcription at the point of tagging.
Warehouse receiving docks, retail stockrooms, manufacturing floors, and asset-tracking operations rely on this format for its instant dual-record capability. The numbers are printed in red on the stub, base, and top plies, supporting quick visual identification during audits or cycle counts. Compatible fasteners are sold separately: 12" unpolished cotton tag string and 12" 26-gauge tag wire.
