These 6-1/4 x 3-1/8" stub style inventory tags are two-part carbonless forms pre-numbered in sequence from 3500 to 3999, with duplicate numbers printed in red on the stub, base ply, and top ply. The white top sheet and manila base ply deliver a clear writing surface for item descriptions, quantities, or pricing data — no carbon paper required. A 3/16" reinforced, tear-resistant eyelet supports string or wire attachment.
The detached stub stays with the product or file as a permanent record while the main tag travels with or remains on the item. This split-record workflow is standard in receiving docks, warehouse storage areas, production floor tracking, and retail backstock management where audit trails and physical confirmation must align.
Each tag is Size #8 stub style format. Compatible attachment options include pre-cut 12" unpolished cotton tag string and pre-cut 12" 26-gauge tag wire, both available separately. Cases contain 500 tags and ship via parcel carrier.
