Glue Dots® Low Profile adhesive dots in 1/2-inch diameter deliver a medium tack bond engineered specifically for flat, smooth surface contact. At just 0.016 inches thick — approximately 1/64" — each dot creates a nearly invisible attachment point without adding bulk to finished packaging or printed materials.
Medium tack makes these dots a practical choice for insert attachment, coupon and promotional card placement, sample enclosures, and lightweight component assembly in fulfillment centers, print finishing operations, and consumer goods packaging lines. The clear, non-toxic, odorless formula is FDA compliant, supporting food-adjacent and consumer-facing applications where material safety is a requirement.
Each roll contains 4,000 dots and is compatible with standard Glue Dots® dispenser equipment for both manual and high-speed automated application. Unlike hot glue or liquid adhesives, these dots require no drying time and introduce no heat or moisture to the line. Sold per roll.
