These 12 x 8 x 24 inch gusseted poly bags are constructed from 4 mil low-density polyethylene with expandable side panels and a fitted bottom. The gusseted design allows the bag to conform around bulkier or irregularly shaped contents, eliminating excess film bunching and producing a cleaner, more secure package.
The 4 mil thickness provides puncture and tear resistance suited to heavier items that thinner 2 mil bags may not adequately contain. FDA and USDA compliance makes these bags appropriate for food-adjacent environments, regulated manufacturing lines, and consumer goods distribution where material contact standards apply.
Bags can be sealed with twist ties, bag tape, or an impulse sealer to match existing line equipment. Each case contains 250 bags and ships via parcel carrier.
