These 12 x 18 inch resealable poly bags are made from 1.5 mil polyethylene film and sealed with a peel-and-fold adhesive closure. Removing the release strip exposes the adhesive on the 1.5-inch lip, which folds down to form a secure, tamper-evident seal — no heat sealer or additional equipment required.
The flat, open-top format handles documents, folded apparel, printed materials, light components, and retail goods. Common deployment environments include e-commerce fulfillment centers, manufacturing lines, distribution warehouses, and retail back-stock operations where a clean, professional bag seal is needed at volume.
Each case contains 1,000 bags. The 1.5 mil film provides functional puncture resistance for general-purpose packing without the added stiffness of heavier gauges. Cases ship via parcel carrier.
